I love Spring; symbols of new life, pastel colors, baby animals, Easter baskets, and my children's birthdays! We have a few traditions that we keep every Spring when celebrating the holiday of Easter.
We always decorate eggs. Generally, we dye boiled chicken eggs. Last year, we painted solid wooden eggs and left them out for the Easter Bunny to hide. This year, we went back to the classics and dyed boiled eggs...and little boy hands.
Our Easter baskets were so special this year. 98% of the basket goodies were from Waldorf swaps that I participated in during the recent months. In addition to that, each child received a few Ostheimer figures and a bit of chocolate.
